  • In the case where you only need a hotel booking, and you know where you’d like to stay, my service is complimentary. This will include all of the Virtuoso and Preferred Partner benefits where applicable.

    For customized itinerary planning including hotel research and recommendations, the price will vary depending on trip duration and complexity.

    For general credit card and loyalty point advice, my service is complimentary. If you would like help searching for award options and redeeming your points, the following fees apply:

    -$50 non-refundable search fee to initiate the search process. This covers my time in the case the search does not turn out viable results. I define viable by meeting the search parameters that we set in the beginning of your correspondence. If I don't find viable award space, then you would not owe anything more.

    -If I do find viable award space, then you would owe $150 for a single passenger successful search, $275 for two passengers, $400 for three, $525 for four, and so on (each additional passenger beyond the first is an additional $125). I can book for you or tell you how to book yourself, either way that does not change the price.

  • I make all reservations directly with the hotel or resort. Any charges to your credit card will be directly from the property.

  • I book all types of luxury travel including family vacations, multi-generational trips, honeymoons, babymoons, weekend getaways, business travel, girls/guys getaways, special occasion trips (birthday, anniversary, retirement, etc.)

  • Through my affiliation with Fora, I am able to secure complimentary amenities and benefits at our partner hotels that add tremendous value to your luxury hotel and resort stays. These benefits vary by property and often include:

    - Preferred rates, special promotions and offers
    - Complimentary daily breakfast
    - Room upgrades
    -Hotel credits for dining, spa, and activities
    - Early check-in/late check-out

  • I use a third party service to provide this service for clients of Greg Ellison Travel. Booking fees of $100 per person apply.
